In 2016, Ben Haugh was running a service business in Central Texas and running into a problem most owners hit at some point, the old ways of getting customers weren’t working anymore.
Referrals slowed down. Traditional advertising lost impact. The market changed, and the business had to catch up.
So instead of outsourcing the problem and hoping for the best, Ben funded the push to figure it out internally.
That meant learning how digital marketing actually worked, not at a surface level, but at a level where it could consistently drive revenue.
Building What Actually Works
What started as an internal effort quickly turned into a system.
The focus wasn’t on trends or theory. It was on what produced leads, what converted, and what could be repeated.

That turning point forced a reset.
Within about 30 days of making the right changes, performance flipped. The focus tightened, waste was cut, and the business moved into profitability.
From that point forward, the priority became simple. We needed to build something stable, repeatable, and worth scaling.
